Veranda of an individual residential building with overall dimensions of 5.0 m x 6.30 m.
– A test site for further use of technologies to strengthen and stabilize the foundation, repair cracks, and reinforce walls and foundations (existing veranda foundations of a detached house).
– Structural scheme of the veranda – frameless, with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls.
– Foundations – strip from fundamental blocks.
– External walls – shell rock with insulation.
During a visual inspection in October 2025, representatives of discovered horizontal cracks and uneven subsidence of the foundation.
Using dynamic sounding, specialists from conducted an inspection. This revealed uneven soil layers within the active zone beneath the foundation. Insufficient soil compaction can lead to uneven foundation deformations (subsidence, tilting, and heaving).
As a result of the survey and inspection of the building, the engineer developed a project for the execution of works using Georesin technology and calculated the cost of the works (a photo of the project is provided below in the materials). The commercial proposal was approved by the building owner, and work was scheduled to begin.
In accordance with the project of specialists of the company, the work took 2 calendar days. The existing foundation was reinforced and strengthened using geopolymer injection using GEORESIN technology. Injection was performed to a depth of -1.3 m below the foundation base.
Upon completion of the work, specialists from Georesin performed the geodetic survey necessary to maintain the warranty obligations, which required recording the horizontal alignment of the building. A technical report on engineering and geodetic surveys for geodetic monitoring of the foundations of an individual residential building was prepared and submitted to the
