The house was built in 2021:
− individual residential building, overall dimensions 9.94m x 8.15m;
− strip foundation, reinforced concrete;
− plasterboard partitions;
− external walls – cellular concrete, cinder block, insulated with foam plastic;
− the overlap is wooden.
During the operation of the house, cracks (vertical, diagonal, horizontal) were discovered in the load-bearing elements (walls, foundations) of the house. After conducting a survey (audit), GEORESIN specialists discovered that the cause of the existing problems was uneven layers of soil within the core under the foundation, as well as insufficient compaction. Based on the results of the survey, a project was developed to strengthen the base (soil) of the structure’s foundation, fill voids and restore the foundation-soil contact.

After completing a set of restoration works, a geodetic survey was carried out. The customer received a guarantee for the work for 10 years according to the contract, namely the absence of foundation subsidence.
