On the existing production premises, the reconstruction project provided for the addition of additional floors. However, after performing a detailed survey of the building structures and foundation soils, the project organization encountered difficulties caused by the insufficient bearing capacity of the soils at the base of the foundations. To implement the planned task, it was decided to use the DEEP STABILIZATION method provided by GeoResin technology. Thanks to the effect of GeoResin polymer compositions, a reinforced system was formed in the soil massif, which increased the strength and deformation characteristics of weak soil.

All works lasted 3 working days.
