Type of work: strengthening the base (ground) of the concrete floor slab, filling voids and restoring plate-ground contact, lifting and leveling the floor slab to the design level (height position).
The house was built in 2006-2008:
– two-storey house, overall dimensions 12.6 m x 10.6 m;
– Tape Foundation, monolithic;
– load-bearing walls-brick, reinforced concrete floors;
During the operation of the House, subsidence of the floor slab of the 1st floor (along the entire plane) and cracks in non-load-bearing walls (partitions) were found. After conducting a survey (audit), GEORESIN specialists found that the cause of the existing problems was weak soil at a depth of up to -3.0 meters and voids formed under the floor slab, resulting in deformation (uneven subsidence of the floor slab to -20/30mm).
Based on the results of the survey, a project was developed to strengthen the base (ground) of the concrete floor slab, fill voids and restore plate-ground contact, lift and level the floor slab and return the floor slab to its design position.
The company’s specialists reinforced the base (ground) of the concrete floor slab to a depth of -3.0 m, from the top of the floor slab, filled voids and restored plate-ground contact, lifted and leveled the floor slab and returned the floor slab to its design position. GEORESIN technology was applied by injecting polymer resins. The entire complex of works took 4 days to complete.
After completing a complex of restoration works, a geodetic survey was carried out. The customer received a guarantee for performing the work for 10 years according to the contract, namely, the absence of subsidence of the floor slab, the development of cracks and deformations.
